Bayi Bridge is the first cable stayed bridge in Jiangxi Province, and the longest cable stayed bridge in Nanchang City, Jiangxi province. It was officially opened in September 29, 1997. It rises in Yangming Road in the East, across the Ganjiang River, to the south of Mount Lu in the west, to the open development zone in Changbei, and to the Changchang nine expressway. It is an important passageway connecting Hunan, Hubei, Anhui and northern Jiangxi.
