Where the Magic Happens. Kentucky and Tennessee have more barrels than people -- and liquor paid 1/3 of all federal taxes during the Great Depression. From the Sugar And Molasses Acts our ancestors used sugar and molasses to make spirits to the Whiskey Rebellion, to know the story of the spirits industry is to understand American history. I am fortunate enough to have access to the most legendary sources of all time and this is admittedly my favorite picture I ever took in a warehouse. |
