| The Barth House, located at Grandview Avenue, is part of Olde Town Arvada`s historic district just 7 miles northwest of the Colorado State Capitol in Denver. Built in 1898 by A. H. Barth, this building was the town`s first two story commercial brick building. The first floor was a grocery and hardware store, later only a grocery - until 1948. The second floor was used as a residence. |
