The largest single collection of Art Decco buildings assembled in one location is located at Fair Park, City of Dallas. It was constructed for the 1936 Centennial Celebration of Texas.It is the home of the State Fair of Texas an is getting a $50 million dollar infusion from the city. It also is now under contract management for year round operations with its many individual museums located within the 177-acre park and two music venues plus the Cotton Bowl stadium.
