The Cendere Bridge (Turkish: Cendere Köprüsü, English: Severan Bridge) is an ancient Roman bridge located near the ancient city of Arsamea (today Eskikale), 55 km northeast of Adiyaman in southeastern Turkey. The bridge crosses the Cendere Çay? (Chabinas Creek) bay, sometimes referred to simply as the creek. 2The span of the bridge is 34.2 meters long, the entire structure is 120 meters long and 7 meters wide. The bridge is built as a simple, single arch without a single decorating element. It is supported by two rocks and is located in the narrowest part of the channel
