The Qalawun complex Arabic: Ãâ¦Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¹ ÃâÃâçÃËÃâ ââ¬Å½ is a massive complex in islamic Cairo, Egypt that includes a madrasa, a hospital and a mausoleum.
