St. Alban's Church, often simply called the English Church, is an Anglican church in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built between 1885 and 1887, dedicated to the city's growing English congregation. Designed by Arthur Blomfield as a traditional English parish church in the Gothic style, it is located in a quiet park at the end of Amaliegade, in the northern part of the city center, next to the Kastellet citadel and the Gefion and Langelinie fountain. |
