| The frescoes of the convent are found on the four walls and in the vault of the lower cloister, where we can see a design composed of various intertwined plants and wildlife, you can also see painted on it, foliage, 3 medallions with the symbols of Jesus Christ , MarÃÂa Reina del Cielo and the Augustinian emblem, placed on the four walls identifying the Christian identity.
In these frescoes it has been possible to identify as accurately as possible the indigenous flora and fauna of the time, twenty-three native specimens, which currently grow within the ecological zone of Malinalco. |
