The Royal William Yard in Plymouth was built between 1826-1835. It was a major victualling depot for the Royal Navy. It was named after King William IV. It stands on 16 acres of land. In the 1990s it was sold on to private developers and the buildings are listed grade1/2. The buildings are a mixture of private flats and commercial premises.
