| Leanach Cottage is shown preserved on the Colluden Battlefield near Inverness, Scotland. The stone foundation and thatched roof structure was likely built in the 1700s and is presumed to have served as a field hospital for British troops during the Battle of Culloden on 16 April 1746. |
