The flower is called Montbretia or Crocosmia. It`s part of the iris family, Iridaceae and native to the grasslands of southern and eastern Africa. The other plant looks strong like Equisetum hyemale, rough horsetail or scouring rush. Seen in the pond garden of Ada Hofman, Loozen, the Netherlands.
