The Lukovka Tower Kukovka is the first stone building of the Izborsk defensive fortifications on Zheravya Gora. Immediately after its construction, the construction of a stone fortress wall began on the eastern side. The Lukovka Tower`s masonry is different from the masonry of other towers, its walls are thinner. The outer diameter at the bottom is 9.5 meters. The current height of the tower is about 13 meters.
