| The town of Meybod, Iran from the the Narin Qal`eh or Narin Castle. Meybod is the major desert city in Yazd Province. The castle is a mud brick fort or castle. It incorporate mud bricks of the Medes period and of the Achaemenid and Sassanid period. The ruins of the structure stand 40 m hight from its base. It was built 2000 years ago. |
