Wild Australian bush scrub turkey & tree roots

One of the more comical of Australias wildlife animals is the flightless wild bush turkey,alectura lathami. It is a colorful creature mainly black feathers but with a vibrant red head and a splash of bright yellow on the neck. This one is looking for food among the above ground roots of a nearby tree.
