The Virgin of the Rock Virxe da Rocha in Galician is a monument in the Pontevedra city hall of Baiona, located on the wing of the mount of San Roque, 100 m above sea level. It measures 15 m high. The stone carving was made by Antonio Palacios, and the face and hands, which are made of white marble, were made by the Valencian Mariano Benlliure. The crown is surrounded by a nimbus of tiles and stone that rests on the shoulders.
