Huntingdon & Broad Top Mountain Railroad No. 16. Built in 1913 by Pennsylvania Railroad, Altoona, Pennsylvania. The ND class cabin or caboose was the first to use steel in its under frame. They were also used as rolling offices for freight conductors and as quarters for the crew. The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania is a railroad museum in Strasburg, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
