| A winter view of val San Nicolo from the top of Buffaure skiing resort. During the winter months the valley is accessible only on foot, snowshoes and skies: an idillic place to enjoy nature at its best, with no man made noise to distract you. The peak at the far end of the valley is Cima Uomo, theater of very harsh battles between the Italian and Austrian army during the Great war. |
