There are two more photos of this building in my portfolio. Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium (here with one of the two pedestrian ramps to the parking lot and the main entrance) is considered to be the last public commission of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The building opened in 1964. Its multiple shades of terracotta echo the colors of the desert. It is named for Dr. Grady Gammage, President of Arizona State University (ASU) from 1933 to 1959. The auditorium is located on the main campus of Arizona State University in Tempe. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
