Monument of Neutrality, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The three legged arch was 75 metres tall and was built in 1998 on order of Turkmenistan President Sapamurat Niyazov to commemorate the country's official position of neutrality. The monument was topped by a 12 metres tall gold plated statue of Nyazov wich rotated to always face the sun.
