In Tibetan Buddhism there is a ritual rotating prayer wheels. Prayer wheel - it is a wooden or iron drum size from a few centimeters to several meters, which are written mantras. The rotation of the wheel has a very powerful beneficial effects: it helps to purify karma - not only of the person who currently it rotates, but all creatures, which are for the good of the person currently thinks. One turn of the wheel equivalent to the pronunciation of all the mantras that it bears and they can be very much: all the interior space of the drum, too, is filled with mantras written on rolls of the finest paper.
