| This is the Abbey of the blessed virgin Mary, at Tewkesbury, in Gloucestershire. It is now the second largest parish church in Britain, and was once a Benedictine monastery. The building dates from 1102, and is near the confluence of the Avon and Severn rivers, due to this proximity, the Abbey was flooded in 2007. |
