Srebrna GÃ³ra in Lower Silesia is a nicely situated town in the K?odzko Valley, on the border of the Sowie and Bardzkie Mountains, between Nowa Ruda and Z?bkowice ?l?skie. A mining settlement existed here already in the 14th century, and galen was mined here, from which silver was obtained. Hence the name.
