Ankara is known for its performing arts, home to the State Opera and Ballet, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra and several national theater companies. In Ankara thereââ¬â¢s a place called Anitkabir, an enormous hilltop mausoleum that is commemorated to Kemal Atatürk who was the first president.
