| The calico cat is a natural breed native to China, widely distributed within the country. It spends 14-15 hours a day sleeping, of which only 4-5 hours are deep sleep. As carnivorous animals, they are adept at catching rodents, birds, and fish. The estrous cycle is about 14 days, with the estrus period lasting 4-6 days and the mating period lasting approximately 2-3 consecutive days. The gestation period is 60-68 days (an average of 63 days). The number of kittens per litter is usually 3-5, and the nursing period is 60 days. |
