| Shustoke Reservoir is located in Shustoke, North Warwickshire, England. It was built in the 1880s to supply clean drinking water to Birminghamâs rapidly expanding population. The reservoir has a capacity of 460,000,000 gallons. The main pool is only 1.5 km long from west to east and 400 m at its widest point. The smaller eastern pool is fed by the River Bourne and has an area of 8 acres. The water is then transferred to the main reservoir. Disturbance at weekends can be a problem. |
