The ââ¬ÅShrine of Nostra Signora della Guardiaââ¬Â is a Catholic place of pilgrimage and is located on the top of Mount Figogna The name ââ¬ÅGuardiaââ¬Â in Italian means ââ¬Åwatchââ¬Â and the shrine is so called because the Mount Figogna, in the Middle Ages was a strategic observation post. |
