| MOSCOW, RUSSIA - The memorial to EMERCOM Emergency Control Ministry or Ministry of Emergency Situations veterans in Moscow at Kremenchugskaya street was opened on May 4th, 2012 in time of 67th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945. The monument was created in traditionally realistic technique by honored artist of Russia, professor of Academy of Arts, Sergey Scherbakov. |
