| Dom Pedro IV of Portugal has his statue atop a 23 metre tall marble Corinthian column in Rossio Square, set in the heart of Lisbon surrounded by jacaranda trees which in late May are displaying their beautiful purple blooms. The back drop is the theatre building with it's columns. |
