STATICE Limonium sinuatum genus Limonium, is commonly used as filler in floral arrangements and bouquets. It has distinctive spiky flowers and simple or lobed leaves. The papery flowers of Statice come in a wide array of colors, including blue, violet, white, yellow, apricot, salmon, pink, rose and lavender. Also called sea foam and marsh rosemary. It earns its name from the Greek word limonium which means meadow where these flowers were found growing wild.
