| The Buu Dien Saigon Central Post Office, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is a still functioning post office dating back to the French Colonial period. It features antique phone booths, wall clocks showing the time in several major foreign cities, and French Colonial wall maps of Saigon area dated 1892 and Vietnam and Cambodian communication lines date 1936. A large portrait of former President Ho Chi Min is prominently displayed on the far wall. It is a tourist landmark, selling jewelry and art in addition to its interesting architecture. |
