Pictured are three humorous wall art murals by artist Preston Pannek. They are located on Elm Street in historic Deep Ellum. Preston Pannek donated ten murals to Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum is a neighborhood composed largely of arts and entertainment venues near downtown in East Dallas, Texas. Deep Ellum developed in the late 19th century as a residential and commercial neighborhood. It is known for being a hotbed of graffiti. Also a large portion of the art and murals in the area are commissioned by local businesses.
