| Actors Peter Scolari and wife, actress Tracy Shayne arrive on the red carpet for the premiere of the new season of HBO`s hit tv comedy, `Girls,` at the Skirball Center of NYU on Jan. 9, 2013. The actor portray the roles of Tad Horvath the father of the show`s central character played by Lena Dunham. Scolari was a Primetime Emmy winner for his role in the ABC-TV sitcom `Bosom Buddies,` opposite Tom Hanks. In 2016 he won his second Emmy for his work in `Girls.` He died at the age of 66 on October 22, 2021 in Manhattan, from cancer. |
