Longtime New Jersey Congressional Representative, Peter Rodino, arrives at the Jewish Community Center in Whippany, New Jersey on November 24, 1998 for a lecture and question-and-answer session. Rodino served for 40 years 1949-1989 in the House and became chairman of the House Judiciary Committee where he presided over the impeachment process of Richard Nixon, which ultimately ended as Nixon resigned in 1974. Rodino earned the Bronze Star in World War Two and died in West Orange, NJ on May 7, 2005, one month short of his 96th birthday.
