The palace of Darius was built on the south west from Apadana palace. In old Persian was called TaÃÂara. The construction was built on 2,5m high terrace, was finished by Xerxes and rebuilt by Artaxerxem III. On the south side there was wide portico. The central part of the palace was rectangle shape, with 12 columns. |
