| The construction of the new town hall in the years 1892â1894 represents the biggest change to the former core of the town in modern times. The town hall stands in the place of the old town hall and another three demolished houses on the northern side of the square. The town hall was built according to the design of the architect Jan Wejrych. The dominant feature of the town hall are its two towers which divide the construction at the front into three parts. |
