Pictured is the Palazzo Marino, City Hall of Milan Italy. It was named after Tommaso Marino, a banker and tader from Genoa who was the 1st owner of the palace. The yellow banner is part of the amnesty international `Truth for Giulio Regeni` Campaign. Giulio Regeni was an Italian PhD student at Cambridge who was brutally tortured for days and murdered in Cairo, Egypt, in 2016. Flags of Europe, Italy and Milan fly above the banner.
