Painting by Ramón Alva de la Canal exposed in the Malba Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires Argentina Southamerica The sample modern Mexico. Vanguardia y Revolucion traces the development of the different modernist aesthetic proposals that took place during the first half of the 20th century in Mexico. The tour is made up of a set of 170 emblematic pieces from more than 60 artists, including the greatest masters of the period: Dr. Atl, Miguel Covarrubias, Saturnino Herrán, María Izquierdo, Frida Kahlo, Agustín Lazo, Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco, Antonio Ruiz `El Corcito`, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Remedios Varo and Ángel Zárraga, among others, many of whom are exhibited for the first time in Argentina in an unprecedented exhibition.
