Watts is an artist, sculptor and bronze foundry owner. Ennis Veterans Memorial Park was dedicated to those who gave up their lives to protect the freedoms we all enjoy. The Memorial Monument Honors veterans from each 20th and 21st Century United States Military Conflict. |
