With a wooden over hanging structure, Stokesay Castles North Tower has magnificent views of the local countryside. Stokesay Castle is one of the finest fortified medieval manor houses in England. The castle was originally built in the late 1200s by Laurence of Ludlow. The cemetery of St John the Baptists Church is in the foreground.
