| The Neo-Gothic facade of the New Town Hall building in central Munich, Germany. In the Marien square, close to the Old Town Hall building, the new Town Hall building was design by Georg Hauberrisser and build between 1867 and 1909. The facade is featuring statues of Bavarian dukes, kings and electors, saints, mytical and allegorical figures as well as a variety of gargoyles inspired by medieval bestiaries. |
