Located in the center of Beijing, formerly known as the Forbidden City. Built in the Ming Yongle eighteen years (1420), the Ming and Qing dynasties of the palace, the essence of the Han palace, the incomparable masterpiece of ancient architecture, the worlds largest, most complete wooden structure of ancient buildings. Surrounded each one, is just south of the Meridian Gate, the main entrance to the Forbidden City. The first is known as the worlds five Palace (Forbidden City in Beijing, the Palace of Versailles in France, Buckingham Palace, the White House and the Kremlin in Russia).
