| The arch Of the main entrance of VDNH is the main entrance to the Exhibition of achievements of the national economy. The triumphal arch was built in 1951-1954. The arch is decorated in the style of Stalin`s Empire. It consists of six pairs of columns, above the Central opening of the arch is a bas-relief depicting the emblem of the USSR surrounded by banners. The arch is crowned by the sculpture `tractor Driver and collective farmer` sculptor ââ¬â Sergey Orlov. |
