Umberto I, King of Italy or Humbert I of Italy (Umberto Ranieri Carlo Emanuele Giovanni Maria Ferdinando Eugenio di Savoia), English: Humbert Ranier Charles Emmanuel John Mary Ferdinand Eugene of Savoy (14 March 1844 – 29 July 1900), nicknamed the Good (in Italian il Buono), was the King of Italy from 9 January 1878 until his death. Castello Sforzesco (Sforza Castle) is a castle in Milan, Italy that now houses several of the city's museum and art gallery collections. The original construction on the site began in the 14th century. In 1450, Francesco Sforza began reconstruction of the castle, and it was further modified by later generations.
