| Manarola is one of the most fascinating and romantic villages of the Cinque Terre. The town is built on a 70 meter high rock with colorful houses overlooking the sea.
The town is all up and down, with steep and narrow alleys that lead to a small square near the sea where you can find several fish restaurants.
Manarola does not have a beach, the seabed in the small port is deep and from the rocks you can take a bath and a few dives.
From the village begins the panoramic path that through Volastra leads to Corniglia and crosses terraced vineyards with dry stone walls. |
