| Monument to Pedro ÃÂlvares Cabral, Brazil's discoverer in 1500, located in Lisbon, Portugal. The statue was inaugurated in 1941 and it is a replica from the existing in Rio de Janeiro, created in 1940 by Rodolfo Bernardelli. It was a gift of the Brazilian government to Portugal. Pedro ÃÂlvares Cabral (1468-1520) was one of the famous Portuguese sailors and discoverers. The statue is Lisbon on the top of the avenue with his name, in Estrela quarter. |
