Pictured is the famous photo of Luz Long and Jesse Owens together on the field on August 4th at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin on display in the Game Changer exhibit in the Bush Presidential Museum in Dallas, Texas. Luz Long was a German Olympic long jumper who won the sliver medal for second place and was the first to congratulate Owens for his victory. They posed together for photos and walked arm-in-arm to the dressing room. A version of this photo was published after the games in the form of an Olympic photo card. Long was killed while serving in the German Army during World War II.
