Inaugurated in 1892, Bica yellow cablecar is one of the 4 typical Lisbon`s old public transportation to the hills of the city. This Bica funicular, or elevator as the portuguese people call them, connects the historic and picturesque district of Bica and west downtown part of the city, near the river.
