| A delicate white petaled flower had recently fallen on the gravel path at the Planting Fields Arboretum on Long Island. It was so poetic, I had to photograph it. Life and Death. Beauty against the harshness of stone. Soft delicate petals still exuding its last moments of life set against the hard, cold lifeless stones. |
