| The British Land Rover Series II became a
handy workhorse for rural fire brigades in New Zealand. This Ex-army and re-purposed vehicles
was used as part of the fleet in the early 1960s.
This model has a rear mounted pump and a standard 180 litre water tank.
It served at Paeroa and Hahei, in the Waikato district. |
