| The Lago di Resia (German: Reschensee) or Lake Reschen is an artificial lake in the western portion of Southern Tyrol in Italy. With its capacity of 120 million cubic meters it is the largest lake in the province. The village of Curon (German: Graun) was submerged by the lake which was built in the 1950s. Only the spire of the old church can be seen rising from the waters of the lake. It's a popular tourist attraction in the area. |
